WHY I FOUNDED NCB CONSULTING?
I founded NCB Consulting because I watched talented commercial teams struggle with overlapping market research studies that generated data without strategic clarity. Companies commission expensive research to check boxes, not to drive commercial decisions.
After 7+ years across Big Pharma, biotech, and medical devices and having lived and worked in Germany, France, the US, and Canada. I recognized what separates successful launches from mediocre ones. It is not more market research. It is the right commercial insights and market intelligence at the right time, delivered by someone who understands how pharmaceutical organizations actually make decisions.
